Refund and Returns Policy
WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUNDS
- All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the manufacturer’s website for warranty details.
- Warranty claims must be addressed directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service provider. Contact details are available on our homepage.
- Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported and returned to us within 7 days of the billing date.
- Returns accepted only for the valid reason and in given timeline. ( check point No. 5)
- Returns are not accepted after 7 days of billing. Returned products must be in good condition, fully packed, and free from any mishandling.
- Products ordered on a back-to-back basis (special orders) are not eligible for returns.
- Once an order is placed and payment is completed, refund requests are not accepted.
