WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUNDS

  1. All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the manufacturer’s website for warranty details.
  2. Warranty claims must be addressed directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service provider. Contact details are available on our homepage.
  3. Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported and returned to us within 7 days of the billing date.
  4. Returns accepted only for the valid reason and in given timeline. ( check point No. 5) 
  5. Returns are not accepted after 7 days of billing. Returned products must be in good condition, fully packed, and free from any mishandling.
  6. Products ordered on a back-to-back basis (special orders) are not eligible for returns.
  7. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, refund requests are not accepted.
